Our Client delivers Wealth Management advice and solutions to specific High Net Worth clients. We are currently recruiting an Administrator to join the team. The role will be ideal for someone with previous experience as an IFA Administrator however they will also consider a trainee, who is keen to develop a career within Financial Services. Career progression and full support for studies and exams is available and personal development is very much encouraged.

It is an interesting and varied administrative role, where you can learn the technical intricacies of investing money and develop a lifelong career….

The role will involve:

*Supporting three Independent Financial Advisors in providing investment and pension advice
*Providing first class service to clients
*Researching financial products, fact finding and producing quotes to meet clients objectives
*Preparing information for client meetings
*Processing new business from start to finish and updating systems

The ideal candidate will be:

*Keen to further develop a career within Financial Services
*Excellent communication skills and a professional and courteous manner
*Fabulous attention to detail and ability to meet compliance standards
*Embrace technology and have Strong I.T. skills
*Accountable and keen for own personal development, as well as the ability to work as a collaborative team player
