We are currently seeking Administrators with strong Customer Service Skills and exceptional communication skills to handle insurance claims.

*Hours: 40 hours per week. You must be able to work between 8.30am - 7.00pm on a rota basis Mon - Fri 8.30-5.00/9.00-5.30/10.30-6.00/11.30-7.00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00-3.00

Working on behalf of major insurers, you will be receiving calls from drivers involved in an accident and making insurance claims. You will be taking the details and processing their claim, dealing with repair centres and solicitors and seeing the claim through to resolution.

We are seeking people with strong communication skills with a passion for Customer Service and building relationships - as well as being someone who takes ownership, accountability and is a genuine team player.
