We are currently seeking Administrators with strong Customer Service Skills and exceptional communication skills to handle insurance claims.

*Hours: 40 hours per week. You must be able to work between 8.30am - 7.00pm on a rota basis Mon - Fri 8.30-5.00/9.00-5.30/10.30-6.00/11.30-7.00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00-3.00

You'll be working in a fast-paced, welcoming environment - dealing with several things at the same time are routine. You'll be a natural communicator who thrives on engaging with customers - helping to resolve issues and proactively find opportunities to add value and upsell.

You will be receiving calls from clients making insurance claims and managing their enquiries through to resolution. You will be proud of your commitment to being a service led individual with a passion for building relationships - as well as being someone who takes ownership, accountability and is a genuine team player with the ability to problem solve.
