We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has previously managed a small team, to direct and manage the day- to-day admin support for a fabulous educational establishment in North Solihull. It is an all-encompassing role, requiring an enthusiastic and energetic individual to ensure smooth operations as well as offering student and curriculum support.

Admin Team Leader
Education - Term time only (41 weeks)
North Solihull
£28,226 - £31,895 - dependent on experience.
Hours: Core hours are 07.30am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours - flexible)

The role will involve:

*Overseeing and being responsible for delivering professional Administrative support to the organization. You will be managing a team of two, covering Reception and all data management, as well as ensuring staffs sickness is covered.
*Forward planning for the full academic year, allocation of work, monitoring and providing support and guidance to colleagues.
*Responsibility for maintaining student and staff records, as well as all regulatory compliance work, including exclusions and behavioral reports.
*Internal and external communications, marketing activities, taking notes in senior management meetings, production of staff bulletins and much more.

The ideal person will have:

*Previous experience within an educational environment would be extremely helpful.
*Meticulous organizational skills as well as being forward thinking and proactive in prioritizing and planning ahead.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with broad range of people including students, parents, teaching staff, Governors, Trustees and the Senior Leadership team.
*Experience of leading and managing others in a cohesive and supportive way as well as the ability to deal with difficult conversations, using tact and diplomacy.

The role is subject to DBS clearance.
