Our client is a very well-established family owned company that supply wholesalers. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their supportive and friendly team.

The role will involve:

*Posting on both Purchase ledger and Sales ledger
*Chasing and matching invoices and delivery notes
*Posting cash and making payments
*Bank reconciliation
*Chasing Payments - Credit Control
*Dealing with account queries via email and telephone
*Contacting Carriers regarding deliveries
*Other ad hoc duties as required

You will have:

*Previous Accounts, Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger experience
*A good eye for detail and good problem-solving skills
*Have excellent communication skills and fabulous Customer Service Skills
*A confident, organised and self-motivated team player
