In a nutshell we'll deliver an efficient
service that's competitively priced. We'll actively listen to fully understand

We'll provide a simple fee structure and before we present a candidate, you can be confident we've already interviewed them face-to-face, skill tested as appropriate and assessed whether their skills and talents meet your needs.

Happens Next? |
We truly believe that it's important to visit your offices and meet with you (and others who may be involved in the recruitment process). We need to gain a clear understanding of who and what you're looking for. We know from experience how important this is.
We want to ensure you have the "pick of the crop" of talented people looking for a new opportunity. We take great care to select only those people who closely meet your specific requirements. This means that we interview people face-to-face, assess their skills as well as ensuring their values, career aspirations and key motivators are in line with not only the role but also the culture of your organisation.
When we're confident we have a shortlist of the best people for the job,
we'll send you their CVs together with a candidate profile and
the results of any skill tests relevant to the role. You can be certain we'll only
present those people who we feel are an absolute match.
Throughout the recruitment process we'll liaise with both you and the candidates to ensure they have
a full understanding of the company and the position for which they are being
presented. We will provide feedback after the interview and act as an intermediary
when an offer is to be made.
We will always endeavour to reference check
candidates undertaking a temporary assignment, if you require, we will also
do this for a permanent placement. Of course, any aspect of our service
can be tailored to suit your specific need. |
| How
much will this cost? |
We're very competitive!
Our charges for temporary assignments include statutory payments such as
NI and holiday pay and we know from client feedback that we're not expensive. For permanent placements we only charge on success. Our fees are between 15% and 20% based on the basic salary.
We know that it's not an ideal world and that's why we give you the peace of mind that comes with our refund
policy of up to 100% in the unlikely event that things don't work out.
