Shrewsbury & Telford NHS Trust (SY3 8XQ)
£24.53 per hour
Fixed Term Contract 6-12 months

We are seeking successful candidates who can develop and deploy a strategic work plan for the Trust.

Main Duties for this role:-

*Provide leadership within the HR team on approaches, tools and models for workforce planning
*Provide workforce information and planning support to Executive Directors, Assistant Directors, Clinical Chairs, Divisional Directors, Divisional Finance Managers, HR Business Partners and Service Managers.
*Work closely with Finance to ensure that NHSI plans and long term financial plans match
*To support the annual operating planning processes across the divisions
*Support HR Business Partners in implementing the annual workforce planning process and workforce compliance reporting, and provide aggregate projections for Trust Board and Divisional board. Support and lead as appropriate the review of Divisional Operating Plans.
*Lead the workforce planning process to support major workforce change programmes in conjunction with HR Business Partners, in accordance with agreed workforce planning principles.
*To meet regularly with HR Business Partners to support their role in changing the workforce within Divisions to more efficient and effective workforce models.
*Support service leads by helping them to develop and access appropriate benchmarks.

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
