URGENT Finance Administrator
PART TIME - 20 hours per week, flexible on the days - 09.00 - 17.00 with flexibility

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator?
Are you methodical and competent in following set procedures?
Are you used to updating complex spreadsheets?
This could be the perfect role for you!
Working for a fabulous, well known, organisation in their fun and pleasant office, you will be:
*Opening and distributing the post accordingly
*Processing invoices daily and recording the information onto complex spreadsheets, stamping and coding following set procedures
*Recording and raising requests to then be logged onto complex spreadsheets
*Listing and coding invoices on a weekly basis, sales and purchase ledger duties
*Calling suppliers and chasing payments, reconciliations and liaising with creditors regarding invoice queries
*Monitoring the petty cash
To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant, you experience will clearly show your
*Recent Accounts Assistance/finance knowledge, experience in sales and purchase ledger
*Experience in following set procedures
*Ability to use Excel - you will be tested on your Excel skills and accuracy via a data entry assessment
*Ability to work well within an established, fun team
