Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary?
Are you an experienced audio typist?

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate knowledge of the conveyancing process whilst also possessing excellent secretarial skills - you will:


* Be audio typing, document processing large and small legal documents and bills via manuscript of dictation
* Have competent residential conveyancing skills and knowledge and experience of Land Registry applications and SDLT forms
* Be running searches and land registry
* Preparing contract packs, submitting searchers and managing completion and scheduling deeds
* Be organising new and ongoing files - paper and electronic
* Be answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries from new and existing Clients
* Be meeting and greeting clients
* Be dealing with correspondence

You will:

* Be an experienced Conveyancing Secretarial with an excellent accurate typing speed
* possess excellent interpersonal and team working skills
Be comfortable to cover the reception from time to time
