We're seeking a talented Recruitment Partner who will leave 'no stone unturned' to find talented individuals for our fabulous clients in the Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire.

You may be an experienced recruiter who enjoys the resourcing and account management side of the role or an eager and talented individual seeking the next step on their career ladder.

You will be joining a successful, friendly, well-established, customer focussed recruitment consultancy and you will be working alongside a professional team who have a wealth, breadth and depth of experience in recruitment and enjoy rewards for your success.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be writing recruitment adverts and speaking to people at all levels.

It's a varied and interesting role ... from resourcing candidates, interviewing and selecting talented people for roles with prestigious clients.

There's lot to do - no doubt you'll be hardworking, be hungry for success and seeking a long term career path that will also enable you to benefit from high financial rewards.

Of course to succeed you'll need to have a strong work ethic, be totally self-motivated with stacks of WILL DO! You'll be well organised, able to cope with pressure (aka the highs and lows of recruitment) in a focused, fast paced environment where tenacity and a desire to succeed are paramount.

We're also seeking someone with great IT skills and a genuine desire to achieve. It's a work hard culture ... but FUN too!
