You are probably educated to Degree level with excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will be writing recruitment adverts and speaking to people at all levels.

You'll be learning your skills starting with the basics of resourcing candidates from job sites for roles with a prestigious client, general administration and assisting the friendly team of recruitment consultants in finding the right candidates.

There's lot to do - no doubt you'll be hardworking, be hungry for success and seeking a long term career path that will also enable you to benefit from high financial rewards.

Of course to succeed you'll need to have a strong work ethic, be totally self-motivated with stacks of WILL DO! You'll be well organised, able to cope with pressure (aka the highs and lows of recruitment) in a focused, fast paced environment where tenacity and a desire to succeed are paramount.

We're also seeking someone with great IT skills and a genuine desire to achieve. It's a work hard culture ... but FUN too!
