You'll be dealing with clients, building relationships and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner using the in-house CRM system for our highly respected and established client.

You day-to-day role as a Trainee Customer Services Representative will involve

* inbound and making outbound calls
* dealing with queries
* being organised and paying attention to detail
* helping and advising customers in a confident and professional manner
* providing customers with details on features and benefits of products
