We are seeking an experienced Telephonist to join our Client, based within lovely surroundings close to Solihull.

As Telephonist you will be answering all incoming calls regarding a current promotion that is due to go live.

Speaking in a clear and confident, yet professional phone manner, you will be answering calls, and taking note of customer details - names, numbers and forwarding the message onto the appropriate teams via email, accuracy is key.

You will enjoy telephone liaison and thinking on your feet - keen to progress within the role you will be trained in answering the queries whilst the Customer is on the telephone.
