We're seeking a consummate, professional and talented Administrator with excellent Secretarial skills (including minute taking) to support the Executive Team in a fast-paced environment at the heart of a dynamic, friendly and world-class company.

No doubt you will be enthusiastic and organised with a positive can do attitude and seeking a variety of responsibilities in a varied role supporting a range of events and projects unique to this organisation.

On a regular basis you will be ...

*Taking minutes of meetings.
*Involved in supporting projects and events.
*Managing email, correspondence, paper and electronic filing systems, including archiving and shredding.
*Completing monthly mileage and cash expenses.
*Photocopying, dictation, transcribing, audio typing, answering phones, post, printing.
*Booking travel and accommodation.
*Booking meeting rooms and providing hospitality.
*Assistance in scheduling, maintaining and updating calendar appointments.
*Maintaining office supplies.
*Covering the office at any time when the Executive Assistant is out of the office.
