We have a temporary vacancy for an experienced senior level Construction Secretary for a major construction company. You'll be working in an extremely busy role and will be providing high level and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Construction Director and the team of Contracts Managers who are site based.

The role involves a wide range of administrative duties and you will be able to show extensive and relevant experience on your CV.

On a day-to-day basis your will be pivotal to the people based at the head office and on site. You'll be dealing with a range of duties such as

- logging health and safety incidents
- collating reports on a monthly basis,
- circulating messages from senior management to the site teams
- maintaining records to ensure all staff have current certificates and are booked in on update courses when required
- meeting arrangements

Of course, you'll also be typing correspondence, minutes, reports and all associated duties associate with a busy professional office.

Your CV will show your competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. No doubt you will prided yourself on your skills in being well organised, self motivated and first class communication skills.

You will be proactive, confident with the ability to prioritise and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
