Senior Customer Service Representative

Salary: Competitive - depending on experience
Location: Solihull
Hours: Full Time - Mon - Fri - 37.5 HOURS 9.00 - 5.00 or 8.30 - 4.30

This is a varied and interesting role for an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader within a Customer Service Environment, who enjoys contact with a wide range of people. Working in a small team, you will be providing internal and external customers with the best possible service.

As Senior Customer Service Representative you will on a daily basis be:

*Supporting the Manager when required and being the go-to person
*Receiving and processing customer orders
*Following up any back-orders and advising customers on delivery times
*Completing any paperwork, i.e. packing lists, proforma invoices and credit notes
*Maintaining daily contact with approved couriers
*Handle any customer queries

We need someone with:

*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Resilient, confident and adapts to change
*The ability to multi task, prioritise and support the manager
