Senior Customer Service Advisor
Part time (Job share - Weds - Fri)
Location: Solihull area
Hours - Weds 1.00- 5.30, Thurs 8.30 - 5.15, Fri 8.30 - 4.15
Salary £30,000 pro rata + excellent benefits

We are working with a well- respected, prestigious house builder in finding an experienced Customer Service Advisor who can handle escalated complaints which cover a very broad range of issues. You will be following issues right through to satisfactory conclusion which will involve liaising with various departments and teams in order to resolve the problems.

The role will involve:

*Handling escalated complaints and issues relating to faults in new houses
*Liaising with purchasers, contractors and suppliers
*Ensuring all complaints are resolved in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar environment and be familiar with the things that can potentially go wrong in "new build" situation.

We are seeking someone who is:

*Experienced in handling sometimes irate clients
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise conflicting issues
*A great communicator at every level with excellent written and verbal skills
