This post is for a period of 6 months working on behalf of our NHS Client.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Coventry
£10.04p/h

Do you have CRS, IPM or Waiting List database experience?

Are you a high level administrator who is adaptable, comfortable with new systems and processes, and can work at a fast pace?

Would you like a role where you work really helps people?

This is quite a demanding and busy post so my client is really looking for someone who could impact the department from the outset.

You will be responsible for:

+ Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the department guidelines, policies and procedures
+ Assisting in the setting up of daily clinics and ensure appropriate information for
patients is in correct hospital file
+ Monitoring, managing and maintaining effective processes within their area of responsibility, resolving issues as appropriate.
+ Planing and organising meetings and events to agreed timescales.
+ Data entry and production of ad-hoc reports
