Sales Support Advisor
Required for a 6 month period
£9.00p/h
Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday
Based in Shirley, Solihull

Do you have previous administration experience in a Sales environment?

Are you efficient on Excel?

Do you have experience of working in a demanding fast paced environment?

As the Sales Support Advisor, you will be responsible for:

+ Controlling orders and entering orders manually
+ Administration of orders, credits, returns, customer assortments and prices
+ Liaising with customers on order status, products, product availability, their use and installation
+ Supporting customer requests, orders, returns and complaints and seek to resolve within the agreed SLA
+ Creating and distributing reports on customers, service levels, credits and returns
