We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an international, well established and progressive company. Based on a business estate in Shirley, the well located modern offices, offer parking and a friendly atmosphere.

As part of a friendly experienced team who are dedicated to building relationships and further developing the business, you will work closely with internal and external colleagues and businesses.

Your day-to-day role as a professional Customer Services Representative will include -

* Taking inbound and making outbound calls
* Processing orders and advising on availably and delivery times

* Liaising with internal and external staff
* Dealing with any queries that may arise
* Recommending products to customers in a confident and professional manner
* Giving customers details on features and benefits of products
