LUXURY COUNTRY HOTEL AND SPA

£30,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits

Working for an independently owned Hotel and Country Club complex, set in the heart of Warwickshire, you will be responsible for the overall long term and short-term sales & marketing strategy.

The hotel is idyllically located and boasts golf courses together with fitness and leisure facilities together with a spa. The ultimate goal being to increase the leisure break and spa activity, making this fabulous offering a destination spa centre.

We are seeking…
A seasoned and enthusiastic sales and marketing professional
Who is able to plan and execute a sales and marketing strategy
A commercially aware individual, with specific experience in the leisure and hospitality sector

You will be responsible for….
*Sales & Marketing strategy for both the short term and long term
*Revenue management, reporting and forecasting
*Annual marketing budget and all marketing activities
*Key Account management, client events and fam trips

You will have…
*A proven track record of success within this or a similar position with an innovative approach
*An experienced Marketeer, you'll possess excellent communication and motivation skills.
*Well informed about the market, and therefore have the ability to accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace.
*A drive for sales generation, networking, building reputations and identifying new opportunities within social and corporate markets
*Knowledge of Social Media initiatives and how this drives Leisure/Spa/Golf occupancy
*Strong creative outlook with a confident and dynamic personality.
*Strong analytical and project management skills with experience of marketing strategy, media channels, and creative writing
