Birmingham

£14.54 per hour - BAND 5

Monday - Friday - 09.00 - 5.00pm

Temporary - 12 weeks initially

We are seeking an experienced Records Project Officer to be a key member of the Information Governance Records Management Project, to maintain a daily log of all activities, operating procedures, risks and issues within the project.


As Records Project Officer you will:

*Possess Professional Information Governance qualification
*Have evidence of training on the GDPR regulations and the Data protection Act and Caldicott Principles.
*Be advising the Information Governance Manager of any risks and issues or concerns within the project
*Offer advice on the current records management project
*Attend record management meetings as required
*Maintain all logs and records
*Contribute towards the development and maintenance of intranet pages

You will:

*Have the ability to problem solve and understand large volumes of data from reports
*Possess analytical skills
*Have an understanding of key legislation underpinning the NHS regarding Information Governance and Caldicott is desired
