TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT
Paying £9.00 per hour
Meriden CV7 - Car driver required - essential due to location
Temporary to Permanent
Monday - Friday 09.00-14.00 - Flexibility is required to work 09.00-17.00 to cover holiday as needed


Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator with excellent communication skills?
Are you available to attend an interview Tuesday 21st January and start 3rd February?
Are you a car driver due to the remote location?

*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
*Advertising a large amount of job vacancies on a weekly basis
*CV sifting and calling the successful applicants to arrange interviews
*Sending out confirmations via email/post
*Maintaining and updating various internal systems - clocking in new starters and tracking hours worked
*Adding new starters and leavers to the database
*Carrying out general administration duties - filing and photocopying


You will:

*Be a competent Administrator with an excellent phone manner
*Have excellent attention to detail
*Be flexible to cover full time hours for sickness and holiday as and when required
*Be fully trained by the Client on all recruitment aspects of the role
