Working hours - 08.45 - 5.00pm across 4 days

Working within the NHS, we are recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy department asap. This role would suit someone with previous Receptionist/Administration experience to be able to hit the floor running.

Please note - if you have not worked within the NHS before, you will have to complete an Occupational Health Check, plus Mandatory training prior to starting you assignment. This may also include a DBS clearance if required.
As Receptionist/Administrator you will be:
*Managing and maintaining clerical and receptionist support for the department
*Meeting and greeting patients, dealing with patient queries
*Answering the phones, taking messages, forwarding calls, booking appointments
*Managing the departmental diary, recording of meetings and events
*Typing letters, memos, emails, taking minutes for team meetings and typing agendas accurately
*Booking various venues, advertising sessions, checking staffs ID and maintaining the maintenance log of equipment
*Recording income reports, invoicing clients and maintaining database records for finance
You will:
*Have previous Receptionist/Administration experience and used to working with a fast paced busy environment
*Possess the ability to multitask
*Possess excellent communication skills and typing speed
* Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
Where applicable to the role a DBS Disclosure may also be required for you to undertake your assignment(s).
