Paying £9.00 per hour

Meriden CV7 - Car driver required due to location

Monday - Friday 09.30-14.30 - Flexibility is required to work 09.00-17.00 to cover holiday as needed

Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator with excellent communication skills?

Confident to talk and liaise with colleagues and candidates internally and externally?

Able to attend a recruitment day 11th March and free to start thereafter?

As Receptionist/Administrator, you will be:

*Offering a 5-star customer experience to visitors entering the office
*Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
*Advertising a large amount of job vacancies on a weekly basis
*Cross matching the job spec against a high volume of CV's - you will be confident in your approach to screening potential applicants - full training will be given.
*Arranging interviews and offering feedback to unsuccessful applicants/managing expectations
*Sending out candidate confirmation via post/email
*Maintaining various systems
*Adding new starters/leavers to the system

You will:

*Be a competent and experienced Receptionist/Administrator specifically seeking a part time role, but flexible to work full time to cover holiday as and when required
*Be keen to learn the Recruitment side of the road as this will be a large element of your week.
*Have excellent attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
*Have a fab telephone manner, confident, professional whilst being friendly
