Receptionist/Administrator

TEMPORARY - ongoing

Knowle, Solihull

Paying £9.00 per hour

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00pm

(This is a full-time role; however, the client will accept applications for a job share)

Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator?
Do you possess excellent communication skills, whilst having an empathic nature?
Are you available immediately?

Working within a busy department you will be:

*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Checking visitors in
*Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
*Dealing with enquiries
*Amending appointments
*Diary management
*Dealing with email correspondence
*Processing new referrals whilst ensuring all information is correct
*Packaging and posting reports for Consultants
*Using Microsoft Word to type correspondence
*Carrying out general administration duties


You will have:

*Previous Receptionist/Administration experience
*Excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone
*A polite, friendly, efficient phone manner, whilst having the ability to remain professional and emphatic at all times where required
*Possess competent key board skills with excellent accuracy
