Are you an experienced Receptionist?
Do you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels?

As Receptionist you will be:

*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Signing in of the visitor book
*Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
*Booking meeting rooms
*Allocating car park spaces
*Setting up meeting rooms with food, refreshments and documents
*The first point of call for any maintenance calls/issues

You will:

*Be an experienced Receptionist
*Possess excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
*Naturally be flexible to assist with all aspects of a front of house role, assisting Visitors and colleagues wherever you can whilst offering a five-star customer service
