Receptionist

TEMPORARY - 19th November - Birmingham Business Park
20th November - Henley in Arden

Paying £8.21 per hour
Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.30pm


As an experienced Receptionist you will be providing a 5-star, front of house service to Clients ensuring customer service excellence is provided at all times.

You will be:

*Meeting and greeting Clients
*Providing a professional telephone answering service for various clients
*Dealing with day to day queries and acting accordingly, promptly and professionally
*Dealing with postal duties
*Booking meeting rooms
*Allocating car park spaces
*Dealing with any complaints as necessary
*Managing reception suppliers - taxi services, stationery and car valeting
*Updating systems and carrying out general administrative tasks

You will:

*Have Receptionist/front of house experience
*Be well presented with excellent communication skills
*Be able to commit to the duration of the role - if it is extended through to 8 weeks
*Possess a professional attitude and be confident to interact with a range of clients and colleagues up to board level
*Competent on all aspects of MS office
*Passionate about offering an excellent customer service experience
