Receptionist/Front of house - Permanent

*Job share * - will consider a variety of hours and days, flexibility to provide some cover for holiday/sickness

£20,000 FTE - Shirley, Solihull, B90

Monday - Friday 09.00-5.00pm

*Are you an experienced Receptionist and used to working under pressure in a client facing role?
*Do you have an excellent communication skill and confident answering a high volume of calls?
*Able to juggle tasks and survive interruptions?

As an experienced Receptionist you will be providing an outstanding front of house service to both virtual and in-house Clients, ensuring customer service excellence is provided at all times.

The role:
*Meeting and greeting Clients and visitors
*Answering a high volume of calls whilst offering a professional telephone answering service for various clients
*Dealing with day to day queries and acting accordingly
*Handling facility issues promptly and efficiently
*Placing orders daily and raising purchase orders and monthly invoicing

You will:
*Have Receptionist/front of house and switchboard experience
*Be immaculate with excellent communication skills
*Portray a professional attitude to Clients at all levels
*Excel in providing the "customer experience" where nothing is too much trouble

You will possess a natural ability to build rapport and be able to multi-task as no day is ever the same! A fast paced environment, this is not for the faint hearted due to the variety and unpredictable nature of the role.
