Hours - Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 5.00pm / Friday 08.00 - 3.00pm

My client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their corporate front of house.

You will be:

*Meeting and greeting Clients
*Signing in of the visitors book
*Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
*Diary management
*Booking meeting rooms
*Allocating car park spaces
*Ordering lunches and displaying the lunches within the canteen and tidying the plates away there after (no cleaning required)

You will:

*Have previous Receptionist experience and experienced in offering a 5 start front of house experience to Clients and Visitors
*Be available immediately and able to commit to the duration of the assignment
*Be well presented, with excellent communication skills

To be considered, you will be required to pop along to our office in Solihull to register face to face.
