My client is seeking an experienced Front of House Receptionist to provide a first class customer service experience. Available straightaway, my client is looking for someone to start week commencing 8th April 2019.

As an experienced Receptionist, you will be:

*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Signing in of the visitors book
*Answering the switchboard, fielding calls and taking messages
*Booking meeting rooms
*Using the intranet site
*Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
*Ordering of stationary and other consumables
*Opening and distributing the post

You will:

*Be well presented with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
*Possess recent Receptionist experience and be a confident team player
*Be able to commit to a long term role, with potential for the role to go permanent for the right person
*Be reliable, professional and committed
