My client is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly, fast growing company.

As Receptionist/Administrator you will be carrying out a variety of tasks:

*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Signing in of the visitors book
*Answering the switchboard, fielding calls and taking messages
*Booking meeting rooms
*Allocating car park spaces
*Updating internal systems
*Diary management
*Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
*Ordering of stationary and other consumables
*Opening and distributing the post
*Taking postal items to the post office
*Purchasing food and consumables for the kitchens/meetings as and when required

You will:

*Be well presented with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
*Possess recent Receptionist experience and be a confident team player
*Be happy to get stuck in assist with a variety of departments and tasks - travelling to the post office/shops to buy consumables, refreshments and food as required
*Be reliable, professional and committed
*Able to commit to the full assignment
