Receptionist - NHS

Temporary starting ASAP

Walsall - WS1

Paying £9.18 per hour - Band 2

Hours: Monday - Friday 08.45 - 5.00pm

As Administrator, you will be:
*Meeting and greeting patients and making appropriate amendments to Carestream
*Answering the phones, dealing with enquiries
*Booking appointments
*Preparing clinical administration ready for patients and clinicians
*Completing appointment details on Carestream
*Providing administrative support to the clinicians and nurses
*Managing the reception desk

You will have:

*Previous Receptionist experience, ideally gained within the NHS
*Knowledge ideally of the system Carestream
*An professional outlook and be able to provide an excellent front of house assistance to patients, nurses and clinicians
