Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm

Paying £8.00 per hour

Henley in Arden - B95

As an experienced Receptionist you will be providing a 5 star, front of house service to Clients ensuring customer service excellence is provided at all times.

You will be:

*Meeting and greeting Clients
*Providing a professional telephone answering service for various Clients
*Dealing with day to day enquiries and acting accordingly, promptly and professionally
*Dealing with postal duties
*Dealing with any complaints as they arrive as necessary
*Managing reception suppliers - Taxi services, stationary and car valeting

You will:

*Have previous Receptionist/Corporate Receptionist/Front of house experience
*Be well presented and possess excellent communication skills
*Possess a professional attitude and be confident to interact with a range of Clients and colleagues up to board level
*Passionate about offering an excellent customer service experience
