£9.36 per hour

Monday - Thursday - 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Friday - 1.00pm - 4.30pm
A full day training will be required on your first day - 08.45am - 5.15pm

As this role is a job share - flexibility is required to cover additional hours/days i.e. 5th October 08.45am - 5.15pm

Temporary - for a couple of weeks + with potential for the role to go permanent for the right person

My client is seeking a corporate front of house Receptionist to join their busy front of house Reception on a temporary basis. A degree of flexibility will be required in order to work additional days/hours as and when required as this role is a job share.

As Receptionist you will be:

*Meeting and greeting Clients
*Answering a busy switchboard, taking messages and fielding calls
*Signing in of visitors
*Booking meeting rooms
*Allocating car park spaces
*Inputting invoices onto the system - training will be given
*Ordering lunch orders

You will:

*Have previous Receptionist experience
*Possess excellent communication skills
