We have a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of the team, working within the quality department of one of Europe's leading manufacturers based in well-located and modern offices in South Birmingham.

You will be working in a friendly and professional organisation - one that feels like a small company, but is part of a large international company.

You will be working in a small team and will be responsible for a range of duties which support Safety, Health, Efficiency and Quality standards and processes throughout the organisation.

It's a varied role and the successful candidate will IDEALLY have experience within at least ONE of the following areas -
*Quality - Ensure system is updated, internal audits, relevant documentation, compliance checks

*Continuous Improvement - Make arrangements for disruptions, carryout various workshops, improvement of processes, systems and products

*HSE - Risk, COSHH and MAC Assessments, keeping training up to date, investigate any incidents.

Training will be given and you will be encouraged to develop professionally this role.

Ideally we're seeking someone with experience in continuous improvement and knowledge of ISO9001 and/or Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
