Working as a member of a small team you'll be reporting to the Quality Manager and your focus will be actively seeking ways and opportunities of improving productivity across the business and looking at Continuous Improvement, reducing waste and cutting costs.

It will be you who will be

- implementing changes to processes
- getting your team on board to make things happen to improve efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness
- ensure changes happen in a positive way

There will be focus on cost reduction initiatives so you'll be doing analysis of performance as well as providing the ongoing support to employees and managers on new products and processes and minimising any disruption to ongoing production.

No doubt you will have excellent communication skills, strong I.T.skills, experience gained from working in a similar manufacturing, logistics, production environment
