Shift pattern 37.5 hours per week between 9 am and 7 pm Monday to Friday

Our client provides tele-marketing services to a broad range of clients and they are at an exciting time in their history. Currently undergoing a period of growth and expansion they are seeking a Training and Quality Assurance professional to join the team at their modern, well-located Contact Centre.

You will be someone who has -

- experience of working in an outsourced telemarketing organisation
- knowledge of the insurance sector (ideally)
- carried out regular induction and skills training

It's a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

No doubt you will be very used to coaching and monitoring contact centre staff and undertaking call calibration sessions with clients and team managers.

On a day-to-day basis you will -

- set up processes/best practices from scratch including reports on quality
- coaching individuals to achieve high standards
- monitoring and giving feedback on calls
- producing reports on areas of risk
- supporting Team Managers
- developing plans to improve where needed
- monitoring any compliance and competence issues.

If you have previous experience of working in a 3rd party outsourced company with responsibilities for monitoring and reporting on call quality, within a contact/call centre environment and seeking to excel in an environment that is fast paced, challenging as well as rewarding - this could be the role you're looking for.
