We're seeking an experienced Property Co-ordinator to join a dynamic and friendly team. You will be supporting the field based property managers, ensuring all general repairs and general maintenance is carried out to their extensive portfolio of properties throughout the UK

Your role will be to provide general administrative support to the field based staff, liaising with contractors, raising purchase orders. Maintaining an accurate database, updating with dilapidations and tenancy changes and much more. You will also be involved in organising meetings, conferences, taking minutes as and when needed.

Drawing on your communication skills you will be building strong relationships with clients and contractors, handling and reacting to queries, resolving them wherever possible. Strong attention to detail - completing and typing of letters and documentation to compliant standards and deadlines will be part of this busy rewarding role.

What skills are needed?
Knowledge and experience of working in a property related environment, perhaps a property help desk or Estate Management or Letting Agency…We need an excellent administrator who has fabulous communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of people and building solid business relations all round. You must have a positive and flexible "can do" attitude and the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.

You'll no doubt be self-motivated but with a strong team ethic and customer focus. Previous experience of working in a Property Management environment is essential.
