Our client is a well-established, leading independent Birmingham Estate Agents. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage their own portfolio of around 100 rental properties.

You will be…
*Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and customer is updated
*Co-ordinating the repairs and maintenance with contractors and ensuring all invoices are in order and paid
*Handling check-ins and check-outs including inventory
*Most importantly you will be delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants in keeping everyone up to date

We need….
*Someone with previous experience in a similar role
*Who has exceptional Customer Service skills and will go the extra mile
*Strong organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a varied workload
*The ability to juggle, problem solve, multi task and prioritise
*Knowledge of Jupix and CFP would be very helpful although training will be given
*Current driving license as company car will be available for property visits


You'll no doubt be self-motivated with a strong team ethic, excellent customer focus and a good understanding of the rental property market!
