We're seeking a Property Administrator to join a dynamic and friendly team. You will be supporting the field based property managers, ensuring all general repairs and general maintenance is carried out to their extensive portfolio of properties throughout the UK.

The Property Administrator role itself involves:-
*Alleviating the administration for the field based staff and providing support as needed.
*Liaising with contractors, raising purchase orders on a daily basis.
*Maintaining an accurate database, updating dilapidations and tenancy changes and much more.
*Scheduling weekly update calls with your allocated regional based Property Managers
*Reacting to and resolving queries with clients and contractors and Property Managers.
*Responding to email communication and completing documentation to compliant standards.

What skills are needed?
*Ideally knowledge and experience of working in a property related environment, perhaps a property help desk or Estate Management or Letting Agency.
*Excellent administrative and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of people and building solid business relationships both internally and externally.
*Adaptable nature, positive and with a flexible "can do" attitude.
*The ability to cope within a "reactive" environment whilst prioritising and managing a busy workload and working to deadlines.

You'll no doubt be self-motivated but with a strong team ethic, excellent customer focus and not afraid of change!
