This is an exciting and varied opportunity to deliver capital projects as part of an in-house Estates team that delivers excellent value and quality of service within the NHS.

A varied and challenging role you will be professionally responsible for the complete Project Management from inception to completion of minor Capital projects for the NHS.

You will be assisting in space utilisation to reduce the Estate and maximising the utilisation, you will also be involved in mobilisations for new contracts and assisting where able with Capital Programmes.

Other duties will encompass feasibility studies, design, programming, financial management of schemes, property inspection and the supervision and co-ordination of external consultants, contractors and site inspectors.

With excellent communication skills you will be providing expert professional advice to key stakeholders of the Trust to determine/advise on scheme briefs, budgets, timescales and logistics whilst ensuring projects are procured to the appropriate professional, technical and quality standards.

You will have excellent project management skills, gained from managing capital projects and minor capital works - NHS experience would be advantageous.
Competent on AutoCad of MICAD along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Access and Project.

Ideally, you will possess a project management certification.
