PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

The organisation is a true leader in the design and manufacture of high end products - a champion of sustainability and positively contributing to the environmental.

They are relocating to awesome offices in the centre of Birmingham and you will be a member of a hand-picked team of Project Co-ordinators working in a new shared-services centre.

Working in close collaboration with with Account Managers you will be the key contact for business customers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of supply and fit construction and re-fit projects for high end products in the construction.

You will also be required to resolve product complaints and mitigate financial claims - so you'll be resilient, a strong negotiator with first-class communication skills dealing with potentially difficult situations.

You'll be someone who remains calm, objective and in control in stressful situations. You will be able to perform under pressure, accept criticism (without becoming hostile or over-defensive).

No doubt you have the confidence and ability to handle multiple (and often complex) tasks in a timely and accurate manner. You will be someone who can promote harmony and consensus - even when faced with difficult or contentious situations.

If you have worked on the JD Edwards or similar CRM this will be a distinct advantage.
