We're seeking an improver! Someone who can make things happen.

You'll be reporting to the Quality and Technical Manager and your focus will be actively seeking ways and opportunities of improving productivity, yields and flows across the business and implement those actions in a way that minimises the disruption to ongoing production.

Your role will focus on the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives so you'll be doing analysis of performance as well as providing the ongoing support to employees and managers on new products, processes.

No doubt you will have worked in a similar manufacturing, logistics, production environment and so the key areas of experience we're seeking are -

Previous experience working within a production environment
Good understanding of the software and systems for production.
Understanding/experience of project management.
Knowledge of technical customer support and procedures.
Knowledge of statistical process control.
An understanding of Health and Safety and environment practices in the work place.

You will have experience of working in a similar role skills have been proven.
