A self-starter with recent and extensive experience of working in a similar PA / Executive Assistant role?

Able to work in a positive and proactive manner in a busy, demanding and varied role?

A consummate Personal Assistant with professional pride?

Working for an iconic organisation in the City of Birmingham you will be playing a pivotal role supporting the CEO. You'll be working for an extremely busy CEO who is often out of the office and needs someone who can be totally relied on to get things done ... without being prompted!

You will have the confidence and business acument to take on the responsibilities of making informed decisions in the absence of the CEO.

On a regular basis you will be -

- administering meetings (including Board Meetings) from scheduling meeting date to circulating papers, preparing reports and minutes to ensuring follow up on actions are completed within agreed timescales and deadlines.

- maintaining the content management of on-line services.

- actively maintain an annual planning system of all principal activities of the organisation via MPPL calendar

- maintaining supplies, processing expenses and invoices, maintaining databases and filing systems, maintaining HR records

- dealing effectively and professionally with telephone calls and correspondence -
responding, directing, or flagging as appropriate

- organising information and data for reports, general statistical and financial statements as required

- booking and planning diary and travel ... and much more!

No doubt you will have extensive experience on your CV showing how you have effectively carried out a similar role at a senior level. You will pride yourself on being able to firmly establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and exude professional pride.
