Temporary for 12 weeks initially

My client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to start immediately, we are seeking someone who can demonstrate their forward thinking skills to assist the leaders of the business with their commitments and arrangements and carry out strong administration. This role is working within a fast paced busy environment.

As a Personal Assistant you will be:

* Carrying out daily diary and Inbox management duties
* Taking minutes of meetings
* Answer calls and assist members of the senior management team when needed
* Working as part of the senior administration team

You will:

* Have previous Personal Assistant experience
* Have strong administration and organisational skills
* Be available immediately and able to commit to a 12 weeks temporary assignment
