We're seeking an organised PA for our client, a successful, established and growing company based in spacious, well-located and modern offices on a business park in Aston Birmingham.

You will be joining a family run business and providing first class support and service as Personal Assistant to both the CEO and Director.
As the first point of contact to both visitors and colleagues across the organisation you will be well-presented and professional. On a day-to-day basis your duties will include -

- Diary management
- Arranging meetings and conference calls
- Taking minutes at meetings and ensuring all action points are acted upon
- Answering and screening calls
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports

Your roles to date (possibly working as a PA or as a Senior Administrator or Secretary and now seeking the next stage in your career) will show your relevant and recent experience as well as your positive attitude and adaptability.
The role may require you to work unsociable hours on occasions to meet tight deadlines.
No doubt you will be someone who takes great pride in your attention to detail as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
