Paying £10.00 per hour

Free onsite car parking

PART TIME - EITHER - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday OR Wednesday, Thursday Friday

Working the below hours.

Week 1 & 2
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08.30 - 13.30
Wednesday 08.00 - 14.30

Week 3 & 4
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 13.00 - 18.30
Wednesday 13.30 - 20.00

Are you an experienced Receptionist specifically seeking a part time role with a variety of hours?

Do you possess an excellent telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills effective all levels?

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Client, based within lovely surroundings close to Solihull.

You will be:

*Meeting and greeting
*Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
*Receiving, recording and passing on customer details as necessary
*Checking customers in/out
*Recording payments using a bespoke system - maintaining accuracy at all times
*Inputting Customer details and amending spreadsheets
*Liaising with other departments regarding the collation of reports
*Conduct audits
*Ensuring Customer confidentiality and Data protection is maintained at all times following set procedures
*Distributing the post
*Calling customers and rescheduling of appointments
*Carrying out general administrative duties and keeping the Reception area tidy at all times

You will:

*Have an excellent telephone manner with a professional, but calming and friendly approach
*Have recent front of house/Receptionist experience
*Have excellent IT skills within Microsoft
*Possess excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
*Have good attention to detail, be self motivated with a positive can-do attitude
*Have a high degree of discretion at all times
*Ideally come from a background within the Healthcare sector
