Do you love working autonomously where you can manage your workload and take full responsibility? This individual, established Property company is seeking to recruit a pivotal member to join their small property team.

Are you hungry for a part-time role that will engage your customer service and problem solving abilities? As the sole Property Manager you will have the confidence to hit the ground running within this stand alone role. Busy and with no day the same you should enjoy reacting and taking control of situations on a daily basis.

Duties will involve:-
*Being the prime contact for maintenance and repair issues
*Responding to all requests to the property "helpdesk"
*Opening and managing cases through to completion
*Undertaking rental property viewings (Saturday only)

In-order to be successful in this role you should be comfortable taking ownership of the property helpdesk and able to prioritise and monitor ongoing workloads efficiently. You will be well presented and an excellent communicator dealing with clients and tenants by phone and in person.

You will display:-
*A polite, confident telephone manner
*The ability to organise workloads according to urgency and SLAs
*Bags of common sense
*A good general understanding of property repairs so as to guide tenants to a swift resolution
