As an experienced and highly competent PA you will be:

*Carrying out complex diary and inbox management
*Minuting of meetings - this will be tested prior to starting as is a key element of the role
*Liaising with colleagues across a variety of Divisional services
*Answering calls, fielding calls and taking messages
*Assisting other members of senior management teams as and when required
*Working as part of a busy senior admin team

You will:

*Be an experienced PA
*Have extensive minute taking experience as this is a key element of the role
*Be a confident and friendly communicator
*Possess an excellent telephone manner and be competent in assisting other members of the teams with administrative duties

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
